    All orders are processed within 3–4 business days. Please note that all lip products are handmade, which requires additional time to create and package with care.

  • Shipping Time

    Once processed, orders are shipped within 5–7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

  • Delays

    Please understand that shipping times may be impacted by holidays, weather conditions, or postal service delays. We are not responsible for delays once the package has been handed over to the carrier.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Luxe Unmatched Beauty, your satisfaction is our priority. Please review our policy below before placing your order:

 

  • No Returns or Exchanges for Change of Mind

    Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind about your purchase.

  • Damaged or Defective Items

    If your order arrives damaged or you receive a defective product, we will gladly send you a replacement.

    • Proof of damage (photos or video) must be emailed to us within 48 hours of delivery at luxe.unmatched@gmail.com.

    • Once your claim is approved, a replacement product will be shipped to you at no additional cost.

  • Final Sale

    All products are considered final sale once shipped, unless they arrive damaged as described above.
